What you will need to be successful
- 2-3 years+ experience on a back-office position, insurance area is a plus
- Patience, good self-organizational skills
- Flexibility and desire to learn
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good level of English and French
- Good understanding of ERP systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing and prioritizing the tickets that come through the request platform;
- Guiding the users in using client’s applications;
- Identifying malfunctions addressing questions to the users;
- Documenting the solutions applied to different scenarios in order for these actions to be re-used;
- Validation/ specification of solving the error/ anomaly;
- Monitoring the incidents and requests, in order also to anticipate the consequences related to a specific anomaly;
- Using an internal informatics system.
