Experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

To expand our recruitment team in Cluj-Napoca, we are currently looking for a Experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As an IT Recruiter, you'll become part of our Recruitment Team, and you'll work closely with our International and local Teams. You'll assist them by finding and selecting the ideal projects for the best IT profiles on the market.
Your main tasks will be:
- Analysing the market and detecting new trends;
- Actively seeking, detecting and dealing with vacancies within our network;
- Creating your own network and actively seeking out and approaching potential (future) candidates and IT freelancers using different sources (database, LinkedIn, job boards, etc);
- Being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for candidates;
- Conducting initial phone, video or face-to-face interviews;
- Drafting administrative documents & keeping internal systems up to date (ATS);
- Preparing candidate presentations, submitting and following up with clients and project-owners;
- Adopting a high-quality personal approach by finding the right IT professional for the right project.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment and preferably within the staffing or contracting industry;
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- A strong hunting mentality to actively seek out and engage with potential projects and candidates;
- The ability to work with strict deadlines and to work in a fast-moving and competitive environment;
- Experience in, and knowledge of (the) IT (sector);
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn (Recruiter), Applicant Tracking Systems, and other job boards;
- A positive, flexible and team-player attitude;
- A creative mindset and a proactive approach;
- A good sense of humour.
