Job Specialist Strategic Projects @ Teamland

The Specialist Strategic Projects supports the global strategic agenda of the division through effective coordination, management, and monitoring of the strategic project portfolio. The role acts as a bridge between project teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency, process digitalization, and high-quality project reporting.

The position requires a strong change mindset, business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a complex, multicultural environment.

Ideal candidate

• Strong project management capabilities (methodologies, frameworks, controlling).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Power BI, dashboards, and project KPIs.
• Very good English skills (written & spoken).
• High intercultural awareness and strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive change across teams and influence without authority.
• 1–4 years experience in project management, PMO, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience in cross-functional or international environments.
