The goal of the role is to contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial operations of the department and sustain the company in it s organic growth.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Provide support to main stakeholders.
• Evaluate and reconcile ledger and supplier accounts.
• Perform AP balance sheet reconciliation.
• Execute EFT payment run, perform payment reconciliation.
• Support in bank reconciliation.
• Perform other periodical accounting procedures, e. g. accruals posting, month-end, year-end, audit support.
• Organize annual inventory as per statutory requirements.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures and state regulations.
• Participate in monthly close process.

Required qualifications for the role:

• Excellent organization abilities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting, taxes and financial reporting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Proven finance experience in a corporate environment.
