Job Junior Factory Controller @ Lugera

For our client, a leading multinational company in industrial automation and manufacturing solutions, we are looking for a Junior Factory Controller.

Requirements:

• Studies in Economics;
• 2–3 years of experience as an accountant or controller;
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and excellent MS Excel skills;
• English – advanced level;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, results-oriented, open-minded, and a team player;
• Interest in digitalization and willingness to learn new software and IT solutions, such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Preparing standard and ad-hoc financial reports and executive commentary on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance to include storyline, risks and opportunities, and performance analysis;
• Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks, which include but are not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly postings, and other required reporting deliverables for the department;
• Entering, tracking, administering, updating, and reporting productivity measures by collaborating with other departments; Assisting in performing yearly cost calculations for factory-manufactured products;
• Extracting data from different tools/systems (e. g. , SAP) and consolidating and analyzing it, as well as developing, automating, and maintaining reporting templates.
