Role: Product Development & Research Specialist

📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania (On-site)

⏱ Job Type: Full-time - afternoon/evening shift (2nd part of the day)

🎓 Training: Full paid training - no prior experience required!

🔎 What we’re looking for

• Intermediate level of English (spoken & written)
• Creative mindset with the ability to approach challenges from new perspectives
• Fast learner with strong adaptability
• Confidence in solving complex problems and making well-reasoned decisions
• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to identify patterns and connections
• Structured thinking combined with curiosity and proactive initiative
• High attention to detail while maintaining a broader understanding of objectives
• Positive attitude, ambition, and strong work ethic
• Dedication and motivation for long-term career growth
• Experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS systems is a plus, not required.

• Customize and adjust flight options based on feedback and market research
