About Us
Otter Spirit is an American Crystal Jewelry brand. We specialize in natural gemstones pieces and are looking to accelerate our growth through elite social media advertising.
What you will do:
- Design great ads for Facebook and Instagram using the brand’s organic assets and Influencer-generated videos.
- Edit UGC into ads: cutdowns, jump-cuts, captions, emojis, sound sync, end cards.
- Repurpose branded content into ads (product videos, shoots, testimonials).
- Maintain platform specs and best practices for Meta Reels/Stories/Feed.
- Concept & script fresh ideas.
Your profile:
- Experience editing short-format videos for social media.
- Design skills: clean typography, layout for 9: 16 / 1: 1 / 4: 5, strong thumbnails/covers; Canva for quick statics/storyboards.
- Performance aware (no media buying experience needed): you understand how creative affects hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA/ROAS and adapt accordingly.
- Tools & setup: Access to reliable laptop and fast internet. We can provide access to a Pro Canva, Cap-cut, or any other tools necessary.
- Communication: English B1+, receptive to feedback and proactive about task management.
