Ideal candidate
- University degree (Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
- Several years in customer support, inside sales, or marketing in a B2B multinational environment. Experience in a technical industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn), and SAP-SD.
- English (minimum B2, both written and spoken) and Romanian (professional level).
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle offers and orders in line with company policies and processes.
- Provide timely support to the team, customers, and subcontractors regarding projects, installations, and deliveries.
- Monitor accounts receivables and overdue payments.
- Prepare and follow up on offers, delivery notes, invoices, and service contracts.
- Maintain customer and device master data in SAP/CRM.
- Support sales campaigns, research prospects, and generate new leads.
- Manage incoming leads, qualify opportunities, and forward them to sales representatives.
- Organize and support team events, workshops, and business meetings.
- Oversee office administration, fleet management, and documentation.
