In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ML innovation, driving the research and development of cutting-edge ML solutions for the company and customers. You’ll work with new and innovative ML projects across different business (e. g. retail, finance) and technical (e. g. tabular data, computer vision, NLP) domains. Work Environment

The role offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to adapt your working hours with the requirement to attend all team meetings. The team follows a Scrum-based Agile methodology.

As a qualified expert, You will

• Solve business tasks using machine learning methods to obtain maximum effect
• Be actively involved in pre-sale activities for our customers
• Extract and transform data to implement Machine Learning models, feature engineering
• Design and implement Machine Learning models for different technical and business domains
• Deploy Machine Learning Solutions via Docker, REST API and AirFlow workflows
• Present the obtained results and insights to business customers
• Creation of necessary reports to monitor model performance
• Ongoing support of machine learning models, generation of ideas for their further improvement
• Research of new models, methods and tools for solving Machine Learning tasks, demonstrations and lectures based on the results of the research for the team

We’re looking for you if you have

• Education. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience. 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with a strong portfolio of cases.
• Programming. At least 2 years of Python programming experience (including machine learning libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, etc). Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab).
• Databases. At least 2 years of SQL experience (working with databases and data warehouses, writing queries and procedures)
• Data preparation. Skills in preparing different types of data for modeling. Feature engineering.
• Machine Learning. Skills in implementation of classic machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering).
• Deep Learning. Skills in implementation of deep learning models (computer vision, NLP).
• ML Interpretation. Skills in interpreting machine learning models and explaining their predictions.
• Cloud. Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML development and deployment.
• Deployment. Skills in deploying machine learning models via API (e. g. FastAPI) or batch workflows (e. g. AirFlow). Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent research.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• English: At least an Upper – Intermediate level.

• Skills in preparing reports and dashboards to monitor model performance using PowerBI, Tableau
• Skills in AI systems development (LLMs, RAG, Agents)
• A/B testing skills
• Big Data Engineering skills (e. g. Data Lakes, Spark)
