Content Editor & Planner (TikTok & Instagram)
- Content Editing & Production
- Edit all video and photo content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Apply transitions, text overlays, and sound syncing for reels and TikToks.
- Maintain quality control and visual consistency aligned with Gaâla’s brand identity.
- Content creation & editing
- Organize creative reel shoot sessions in Bucharest or Paris
- Be present during photoshoots and film behind the scene reels
- Content Planning & Scheduling
- Create and manage the monthly content calendar for TikTok and Instagram.
- Ensure it reflects seasonal stories, campaign timelines, collection drops, and social moments.
- Coordinate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Monthly Topic Planning
- Lead monthly topic planning for TikTok and Instagram.
- Propose content themes, series ideas, and recurring formats (e. g. , styling reels, product focus, behind-the-scenes).
- Ensure variety, trend alignment, and brand cohesion in topics.
- Influencer Repost Management
- Collect and track influencer content.
- Select and schedule reposts on feed and stories.
- Maintain consistency with Gaâla’s curated visual style and engagement strategy.
- Caption Writing & Posting
- Write and publish captions across TikTok and Instagram.
- Uphold Gaâla’s elegant and feminine tone.
- Include tags, hashtags, and calls-to-action where relevant.
- Ensure timely posting based on the content calendar.
- Instagram Stories Creation
- Create Instagram Stories, ensuring alignment with ongoing campaigns, collection launches, and engagement goals.
- Maintain an elegant and on-brand visual and written style throughout.
