We want to master visual storytelling techniques and create engaging video content that brings our products to life, whether it’s for our challenge launches or our growing portfolio of e-commerce businesses. That is why we are excited to have a new videographer joining our team, someone experienced in pre-production, lighting, high-quality video footage capturing, and post-production to produce creative video content that highlights the physical rewards our customers receive and enhances their overall experience.
Your work will focus on creating immersive and compelling video materials tailored to various campaign and ongoing needs, ranging from narrative-driven challenge stories to performance-based promotional videos. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop video content that is both visually engaging and strategically aligned.
🎓 Skills & Experience Required
- Technical proficiency in video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software.
- Mastery of visual storytelling techniques and the ability to create compelling, engaging video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software and post-production techniques, including colour correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques, both natural and artificial, and the ability to create visually appealing images.
- Understanding of sound recording techniques, including microphone placement and audio post-production.
- A current online portfolio showcasing up-to-date work and experience in digital advertising.

🚀 What You’ll Actually Do
For challenge launches (standard & licensed):
- Create video content that supports the marketing campaigns for various challenge launches.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other members of the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop concepts that meet them.
- Capture high-quality video footage that aligns with the creative vision and brings the campaign to life.
- Plan and execute video shoots that reflect the tone and aesthetic of licensed IPs, including simulating relevant environments or themes.
- Incorporate IP-specific/theme specific elements into footage, such as props, costumes, or effects to create immersive, story-driven content.
- Showcase the design and narrative connection of the medal reward in a way that highlights its significance to the challenge experience.
- Work closely with the Video Editor to ensure all content is polished and meets quality standards.
- Research visual references, creative benchmarks, and IP materials to inform your approach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve your output.
For New E-commerce Businesses:
- Create compelling video content that supports marketing campaigns across multiple product lines in our new e-commerce ventures.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to understand performance goals and deliver video concepts that serve them.
- Capture high-quality footage tailored to fast-paced, visually impactful marketing formats.
- Be comfortable editing or adapting content to suit short-form and performance-driven digital environments (e. g. , paid ads, landing pages, product highlights).
- Align your storytelling and visual execution with the branding and voice of each individual e-commerce product or store.
For Day-to-day activities:
- Conduct creative research to support concept development and visual planning.
- Plan and manage pre-production, including locations, talent, shot lists, and gear preparation.
- Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Record a variety of shots (product visuals, B-roll, lifestyle footage) using multiple setups and techniques.
- Collaborate in post-production: review footage, select takes, and work with the Video Editor to refine the final product, including music and effects.
- Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflows and file accessibility.
- Archive completed projects and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Stay current with videography trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.
