Client Support Representative US mainline
The Dispatcher will coordinate, schedule, and communicate with Mood Technicians, Affiliates, Subcontractors, and Clients in regards to onsite visits.
They will be responsible for ordering equipment, following client specific approval instructions, communication of ETAs with all parties involved, and meeting client SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Dispatchers will be responsible for scheduling specific regions and ensuring all resources are utilized appropriately to resolve the client’s issue.
