We are currently seeking an IT Technician to join our team in Bucharest. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent end-user support to our multinational and enterprise customers.
Location: Bucharest (fully onsite)
You will:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on users' equipment
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system security and reliability
- Interact with customer to ensure customer satisfaction following established procedures
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
Your skills/competences will include:
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience in support to users of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and LAN – routers, switches and access point, VPN equipment
- Experience on coordination with various internal teams to fix issues with End User device & LAN equipment
- Knowledge on supporting and troubleshooting collaboration tool issues like Lync, etc
- Familiarity with ticketing system
- Good analytical and communications skills
- Good English, native Romanian
