Senior Team Leader (German&English required)

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge for this role is to be genuine and authentic, in order to motivate and inspire the team you are responsible for.

DETAILS

• Work directly with the clients, for a better understanding of their needs and requirements;
• Participate in technical interviews, to identify the best candidates for the open positions;
• You will be responsible for building the new team (up to 7 agents)
• You will be handling sensitive information (if possible be willing to work from our Iasi office)
• Run quality checks and validations daily and perform corrections.
• Manage securities master data and price supply, service ticketing tasks
• Coordinate and clarify issues with the involved custodian banks.
• Daily reconciliation according to the SLA.
• Run quality checks and validations daily and perform corrections.
• Provide first-level support to clients on reconciliation and data-related topics, such as such as parser problems, reconciliation problems, and performance analysis.

Working schedules: Monday - Friday; 8-17 or 7-16 and need to cover Switzerland bank holidays

Location: Iasi or nearby areas

Must have:

• German and English - fluent level, both written and spoken
• At least 3+ years of experience in mid -/ or back-office.
• Good IT skills, especially in Excel.
• Good securities and portfolio management know-how.
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent, polite & professional communication skills.

Nice to have:

• At least 1 year in managing a small team
• Degree in management or training in team leading;
• Experience in B2B environment;
• Out-of-the-box thinking.
