Job Product QA & Marketing Specialist @ Internet Marketing Online

We are looking for a skilled and motivated person that would be involved in quality assurance, marketing campaigns set up and customer support for online gambling industry software.

As a Product QA & Marketing Specialist you are expected to design a comprehensive set of test scenarios that can help identify defects prior to product deployment. Also you are responsible to design experiments that can facilitate the reproduction of customer issues.

• Become a Product Expert.
• Manage multiple testing and support tasks in parallel.
• Troubleshoot, replicate and investigate customer issues
• Responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs (newsletters and SMS)
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Our ideal candidate will have:

• English language - medium (or advanced) level both writing– compulsory
• French language - medium (or advanced) level both writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers in a professional manner
• Strong analytical skills, ability to plan, track tasks and deliver to agreed timescales
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excel knowledge (or ability to learn it quickly)
• Ability to specify and/or setup test beds to reproduce customer issues

Working program:

• Alternating weekly shifts 07h-15h and 15h-23h and working also 2 weekends per month (for each weekend day at work, you will get a day off during the week)
