Responsibilities
- Develop an advertising idea from scratch.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Design shopper-focused digital marketing content that delivers a premium and memorable experience for shoppers and consumers.
- Present concepts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner; articulating and defending creative direction choices; collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partners.
- Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
- Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing digital content (web, mobile, illustration).
- Experience with the following tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Canva.
- Knowledge of Indesign and video editing and motion graphics would be a plus.
- Good understanding of web design.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- The job is hybrid, our office is located in Bucharest, Romania.
