Job Legal manager @ Flip

Flip. ro is a continuously growing start-up where we change the way people buy and sell refurbished phones. Our growth is driven by our technical and digital landscape and our ability to continuously improve and build our business.

We are aiming to provide, through you, impeccable legal knowledge to our “internal clients”.

Your main mission:

• Drawing and updating the legal documents mandatory for the company's Normal development (eg: GMS approvals, status update, etc.) Issuing legal opinions related to commercial and financing contracts;
• Knowledge of the legislation regarding the control of personal data collected by Flip Technologies SRL (GDPR requirements);
• Issuing legal opinions regarding the updating of the terms and conditions of Flip`s marketplace in line with the legal requirements;
• Management of legal or competition risks;
• HR Department collaboration on labor law issues. Drawing the necessary documents to obtain authorizations;
• Collaboration with external lawyers for Flip expansion in new markets or for other cases.
