We have an excellent opportunity for a FullStack Marketer to join our growing SaaS company and become an essential part of our Growth Department.
The Growth Department’s mission is to sustain Omniconvert in the quest of becoming a Category King for the Customer Value Optimization category.
The roles and responsibilities associated with this department are highly instrumental in this mission as they contribute to the success of the go-to-market strategy of Reveal and the distribution of the CVO mindset and methodology in the market.
This department embodies two main parts:
- Demand generation (through massive content creation/distribution – education)
- Sales (through generating revenue from a qualified sales pipeline)
These two components will work together rather than be siloed, following the mission statement at all times. (meaning we do not have separate teams, our marketing, sales, support, and product team work together at all times; we found it’s less BS like that and higher productivity).

We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketeer responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Project management
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
- Monitoring together with our Chief Growth officer the marketing budget
- Ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and turn creative ideas into practical advertising projects.
We need an all-rounder who can use their Marketing skills, knowledge, and experience to jump in at the deep end and get stuck in; someone who is capable of executing a strategy and looking to make a difference to our growing company.
Our Solutions
- We have two business units – tech products & services.
- We have three tech products (1 established, 2 in the MVP phase)
- Omniconvert Explore – A/B testing, web personalization & behavior insight surveys
- Reveal by Omniconvert – an analytics platform meant to help eCommerce companies understand, nurture and monitor their customers better.
- Adapt by Omniconvert – ML-based optimization platform aims to improve the time to create AB testing experiments 25 times & to increase the revenue per visitor for eCommerce websites on autopilot. This project is backed by EU funding.
- Omniconvert Managed Services – besides the tech, we assist our customers with our team of data-driven experts: data analysis, conversion & retention optimization, technical implementation & reporting.
The Job
Primary responsibilities:
Help define implement strategy to help us get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Make sure that we’re ALIVE (Project Management)
Handle the different marketing projects we have ongoing together with the Chief Growth Officer.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors:
- Content writers
- SEO agency
- PPC agency
- Video editors
- Various tool providers
- Influencers / partners
- Designers/ copywriters
- Developers
- Sales team
- Product teams
Keep an eye on the marketing budget – monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Report & improvements – make sure you overview the KPIs (you will have the help of a data analyst)
The main current projects:
- Omniconvert Website Revamp (this includes CRO, copywriting, design, positioning)
- Switching from corporate marketing to demand generation and building qualified sales pipelines
- Content Syndication to create awareness towards the category we are building: Customer Value Optimization
The Objectives:
- Help generate a qualified sales pipeline
- Build awareness (traffic/ reach)
- Generate harmony – inside & outside
Experience
- Good working knowledge and understanding of free or freemium tools to support content, social, and analytics (we sometimes need a creative campaign on a shoestring budget)
- Experience with the US market and global market is a MUST.
- Your English, both written and spoken, should be close to a native level.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Copywriting and brand experience for all channels, including web, email marketing, and off-line
- Creative experience demonstrated across marketing campaigns for new content
- Experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Elementor, etc.
- A good understanding of Google Analytics or equivalent
- Experience in handling multiple projects
- Experience in working with a small business or start-up is preferred
- Ecommerce experience (HUGE BONUS)
