Our Online campaign specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing online sales activities for farmec.ro, farmec.eu and other campaign websites.

This position is key to the growth and success of our digital platform, and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom coordination of performance campaigns. The ideal candidate must possess an in depth understanding of Google platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and have professional experience in Facebook ads management.

This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, managing business growth by ensuring high and optimal usage of Google and Facebook platforms in the market. 

What you will actually be doing?

  • Craft, manage and adjust PPC campaigns in Google - Search, Display, Dynamic Remarketing, Remarketing, Video ads, Gmail Sponsored Promotion, etc.
  • Handle all aspects of PPC optimisation – keywords, bid management, writing and testing ad copies, extensions, and reporting
  • Drive our Facebook advertising strategy, implementation and reporting
  • Traffic ad campaigns and build in ad serving platforms (Google Ads, Facebook ads manager and a few other third party platforms)
  • Conduct product tests in ads to understand which products to sell best
  • Monitor and analyze advertising trends
  • Works closely with creative team to deliver daily reporting on account
  • Dives into Google Analytics to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set and ad performance for the clear objective of improving costumer journey and ROAS
  • Campaign maintenance and monitoring: track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying and shifting budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Observe and direct the activity execution of our digital solution vendors
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.

Position requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Economics/ Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. Certification in Google Analytics is a great plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, top keyword research tools
  • A strong economical approach regarding campaign performances, identifying sales attribution and cross-device rentability on the sale funnel
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
  • Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills.
