We are looking for a Key Account Manager (M/F) to develop our business in Romania, ideally based in Bucharest.
Your responsibilities
- In an area with strong development potential, be responsible for implementing the sales strategy within the networks under your supervision (Foodservice and Retail) in accordance with Bridor's sales and marketing policy.
- Design the sales strategy for your distribution networks: negotiate annual agreements, develop turnover, unit sales and account profitability.
- Seek out new accounts.
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee client accounts with the supporting departments (logistic, controlling, marketing, …).
- Develop the current range of products and propose new items based on the needs of each client.
- Follow and collect information about foodservice and retail markets in Romania.
- Report directly to the Area Manager.
Candidate profile searched:
Requirements
- Advanced-level degree.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in a sales / negotiating position in the agro-food industry, ideally in the world of pastries and breads, especially for gastronomic and/or renowned brands.
- Ideally experienced in both Food service and Retail channels.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Strong self-orientation on achieving results.
- Experienced in organization multi task business “producer – distributor – end-user (in B2B meaning).
- Fluent in Romanian & English. French would be a real plus.
- Autonomy, ability to plan and organize your own work.
- Based in Bucharest. Work on home office.
