Job Accounts Receivable @ Quantic Lab

We are looking for an energic & enthusiast AR Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting department at Quantic Lab in Cluj.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Master Data;
• Invoicing & discount management;
• Cash Collection;
• Customer Account/ Statement Reconciliation;
• Query management – solve both internal and external queries related to AR, contact & maintain relationship with customers, investigate and correct discrepancies;
• Month-end closing activities;
• Others - Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Cash Accounting, Reporting (internal/ external, recurrent/ miscellaneous), Audit, act as backup for other accounting functions;
• Document and maintain accounting procedures, including internal controls;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (Finance & Accounting Studies);
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable;
• Previous exposure to ERP environment; WME represents an advantage;
• MS Office (mainly Excel) – proficiency;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, flexible and adaptable to change, team-player;
