Embedded Software Engineer - Commercial vehicle

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Analyzing and reviewing customer/ project specifications;
• Create architecture and modular software design;
• Implement embedded SW modules;
• Participate in SW module reviews;
• Perform module and integration tests;
• Create SW documentation.

Required experience

• Carrier Level: Middle/ Senior
• University degree - Computer Science, Electronics or Informatics;
• Experience in 16/32-bit micro-controller programming with embedded C language, embedded Operating Systems;
• Ability to read/understand electrical schematics;
• Good English skills.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in embedded/ automotive domain- eg: vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Lin), diagnostics, SBC configuration, bootloaders, low level drivers;
• Automotive experience in architecture/ design; eg: Enterprise architect;
• Embedded Linux experience;
• Functional safety knowledge.
