We have developed modern, web based applications that allow our growing list of international clients to detect, and ultimately prevent, illegal money transfers. We reduce crime and criminal activity through the creative use of technology & design and disrupt the compliance industry while doing so.

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to help us source and attract the best people to help us build our anti-money laundering products and platform.

Ideally, You Have

  • Previous experience in sourcing candidates and initial stages of evaluation
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in both Romanian and English
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Attention to details

Duties Will Include

  • Working with hiring managers to determine position requirements and selection processes.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using traditional and creative techniques
  • Screening resumes
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates
  • Ensuring smooth coordination for candidates throughout the pipeline
  • Candidate management from source to close when required

What does success look like in 12 months?

You will have helped to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all the positions you’ve managed, and through this you have helped us find some amazing people. Working with other people across the company, you have started to implement metrics to effectively measure how we’re doing in recruitment, and have acted on the data to improve the process.


You have progressively taken on more responsibility, both in terms of the stages of recruitment as well as the level of roles that you take responsibility for.
