Education:
- Commercial apprenticeship or other similar area;
Experience:
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel;
- Proven track record and experience in dealing with major key accounts and blue chip companies;
- Skills: attention to details, organized, good communication;
- Language skills: Fluent English.

The Channel Sales Support assists with recurring easy-to-handle activities and analyses, which are fundamental for the other team members. As part of the Channel sales team the sales support is aligned with the regional channel sales strategy, works closely together with sales and all different ops and support teams.
What you will be expected to do to reach success & optimal performance:
- To create Configure 1 sales quotes for and together with field sales and inside sales;
- Raising special price request in sync with sales resources;
- Create and maintain reseller package/order package for market unit orders (order F46 from nad other documents);
- Supervision/follow up pre/post sales administration through to successful delivery;
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process;
- Process the lead through the different stage of the CRM and make a visit appointment for sales representatives;
- Externally accessible by customers mainly for inquiries about orders (goal to respond to all customer inquiries same day or within 24 hours);
- Maintain and support the Channel price list and stock list, generate distribution list;
- Provide support of Vertiv Partner Program for both external and internal customers;
- Build and maintain link lists for all channel-relevant data (keep all customer facing material up to date);
- Maintain CRM customer data (Managed reseller flag, Vertiv Partner Program partner level, contact, parent account-subsidiaries relation and relevant stakeholders);
- Enter new sales opportunities in CRM according to the selection criteria.
