Your superpowers should include:
- Romanian and English speaking and writing skills at an advanced level.
- Knowing how to make people happy.
- Mastering conflicts resolution.
- Taking initiatives and making use of your creativity to solve business issues.
- Liking technology in general, primarily smartphones.
- Mastering the art of using a laptop (including G-Drive, Customer Service and Marketing online tools).
- Enjoying working in a team, but also autonomously when necessary.
- Being flexible and transparent.
- Enjoying sharing your ideas to the world.
- Being motivated about working in a company seeking hyper-growth.
- Understanding and sharing our willingness to address social and environmental challenges.
- Being able to see the big picture and think long-term.
- Having previous experience in Marketing or Customer Experience would be an advantage but this is not mandatory, as we value personality above experience and background.
With great powers come great responsibilities, including:
- You will be in charge of customer interactions (social media, call, chat and email) and being a part of the marketing team. You will be the link between our customers and the company. You will represent fenix to our customers and also be their voice internally.
- You will answer to customer questions - sometimes via phone, but mostly via live chat and email - regarding product details and availability, prices, current/past promotions, delivery time and the status of orders in general, ensuring that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately according to the internal company policy and procedures.
- You will support potential customers that contact us with inquiries regarding our products and help them place their orders.
- You will proactively escalate issues faced by the customer to IT, Operations and Marketing teams and propose innovative solutions.
- But as we are a startup company and trust our people, you will also have additional responsibilities:
- You will be supporting our Head of Marketing to deploy our marketing strategy and participate in the management of the company’s image on social media.
- You will be contributing to the website content creation in order to improve the service delivered to our customers.
