Our client is looking for a Trainer for thir Sales Team in Central Romania (Zalău, Cluj-Napoca, Târgu-Mureș, Miercurea Ciuc, Sibiu, Sfântu Gheorghe, Rrâmnicu Vâlcea, Târgu-Jiu).

Looking for a person that:
- Understands how adult people learn and has at least 1-2 years of experience in L&D/training;
- Is creative and open-minded - able to think on its feet and adapt to various audiences;
- Has excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities;
- Can multitask and has good time management skills, as she/he will organize her/his own schedule;
- Is organized and does not mind a bit of admin work that comes with project management and reporting of her/his own activities;
- Autonomous and self-improvement oriented, prepared to work in a remote team;

This role will be critical to our success because a Sales Trainer:
- Works closely with the Training Manager, the Division Sales Managers and the Area Sales Managers in implementing the Sales Strategy;
- Implements the training strategy for the company's Representatives and Leaders in the region;
- Delivers in-class and online trainings, both on business and soft skills (responsible for the participants, materials, schedule, evaluation and follow-up);
- Brings valuable input in updating the training strategy, creating training content or getting involved in other business related projects depending on expertise, development plan and passions;
- Attends local and national sales meetings and events: organizing local sales events with the sales team and participating to national sales conferences or other staff meetings;
- Acts as a coach for the Area Sales Managers when it comes to field management processes. Help the ASMs in identifying and coaching Leaders with potential for growth.
