Main Responsibilities:

• Sales & marketing activities: research, presentations, reporting
• Manage the client database
• Managing contacts and activities with MS CRM Dynamics
• Uploading data into MS CRM Dynamics
• Research to acquire client information (use the internet and social business-related platforms - Linked-In, Xing, etc.)
• Organize monthly/quarterly calls at Account/FW Segment
• Backup and support the members of the PPST with different topics when needed
• Various translations (German - English, English - German), if necessary

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Experience in Customer Operations area
• Previous experience in sales and marketing support activities would be highly appreciated
• German and English advanced
• MS Office
• Motivated and positive person, with great communication skills and positive attitude:)
