We are expanding our Product Marketing activities and are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and drive our growth.
A key objective of this role is to create the product marketing strategy and promote Eyeware’s software products to drive conversion.
The ideal candidate will have deep domain experience in digital marketing with various paid platforms and tools. You will conceive, manage, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive the overall customer growth. Previous experience in our industry is not required, but we are looking for a person with an open mindset, who is ready to explore and learn about new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Understand the Eyeware technology and its applications
- Follow and analyze market trends to learn how to position our products
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies
- Create and distribute relevant content - articles, blog posts, social media
- Track and optimize conversion rates across multiple channels
- Propose and manage AdWords campaigns
- Discover user and engagement growth opportunities with analysis, experimentation and prototyping
- The role is evaluated by using KPIs that measure: traffic, conversion, leads and retention
- Feeding insights from the marketing activities into product, promotion and copy design
- Modelling and forecasting the impact of changes
- Implementing and coordinating the efforts for the creation of email campaigns
- Coordinate and contract freelancers as needed, in order to achieve agreed KPIs
Responsabilities
- BSc degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communication, or certifications from proven marketing institutes like Google, Hubspot, Moz etc.
- 7+ years experience in Marketing
- 3+ years experience in Product Marketing, ideally for software products
- Excellent English skills, for writing, speaking, reading, listening (native is a plus)
- Experienced with Google AdWords and tracking analytics tools
- Experienced with Wordpress, HTML or CSS (nice-to-haves)
- Comfortable with using the Google Drive suite - Gmail, Docs, Calendar
- Additional languages are a plus (French, German)
- Familiar with Hubspot’s Lead gen framework
- To be willing to learn, and have a pragmatic, proactive, motivated attitude, with a strong team spirit
- Demonstrable results with A/B & MVT testing (VisualWebsiteOptimizer, Optimizely, Google Website Optimizer), heatmapping
