ABOUT THE ROLE
Looking for an Executive Assistant to join an outsourcing partner whose strong point is the management of business financial processes for their clients.
You would be a great fit if you have experience in office administration, the ability to understand and process financial documents and knowledge of budget management and cost estimation. Constructive attitude and proactivity are a must.
Onsite role in Cluj-Napoca.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes purchase invoices, manages supplier relationships and oversees office procurement;
- Manages the client invoicing process;
- Manages the physical and electronic archiving of contracts and accounting documents;
- Advises, supports and provides consultancy to the Management team;
- Maintains communication with the company’s clients and responds to their requests;
- Estimates and monitors budgets;
- Drafts, prepares, and compiles commercial offers as well as various reports or statements;
- Provides assistance and prepares materials in English;
- Tracks and monitors services provided and hours worked versus hours invoiced;
- Actively participates in organizing important events;
- Participates in meetings with key clients and/or the team;
- Collects data and inputs it into various systems;
- Responsible for welcoming clients and couriers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Previous experience in office administration;
- Previous experience in accounting, or a similar role;
- Experience with client relationship management and communication;
- Experience in correctly operating or extracting information from/into databases;
- Positive attitude and punctuality;
- Proactivity and time management.
