Our client main field of activity is consulting and services in the interior design branch.
Requirements:
- Experience on a similar position;
- Organized person with excellent relationship skills, able to adapt easily to different situations;
- English advanced level - written, read, spoken (you will collaborate with foreign clients and suppliers);
- Good knowledge PC - MS Office PC.
Responsibilities / Accomplishments
- Provide administrative support for all departments of the company;
- Protocol and secretariat activities (clients reception, meeting protocol, drafting and transmission of documents, booking of tickets and accommodation for various local and international travel);
- Relationship with suppliers for local and foreign purchase of products and services;
- HR support tasks (occupational health appointments, personal documents, holiday leave, medical leave, certificates, etc.);
- Evidence of invoices, vouchers, accounts, travel orders.
Offer:
- Net salary 2400 lei;
- Full-time work contract;
- Schedule 9-18.00 (1 hour lunch break);
