Biocodex Romania is excited to welcome a proactive and driven Medical Representative to our field team, covering a maternity leave.

In this high-impact role, you will actively engage with healthcare professionals, bring Biocodex products to life through meaningful scientific dialogue, and help strengthen our presence in the field — always ensuring accurate, ethical, and fully compliant communication.

Responsibilities

• Promoting Biocodex portfolio to specialist and family physicians in the assigned area;
• Establishing, supporting and enhancing relationships with physicians in the targeted area;
• Organizing and attending medical events;
• Collaborating with the Sales department to achieve the set objectives, as well as with the Marketing and Medical departments to implement the promotion and medical education strategies;
• Timely submission of reports requested by line manager.

Key Requirements

• University degree (medical or pharmaceutical field would be an advantage);
• Previous experience in medical product promotional activities for at least 3 years, in a minimum of two targeted specialties: family medicine, pediatrics, gastroenterology, ENT, gynecology;
• Team player, open to work in a cross-functional environment;
• Possess experimentation mindset, bear learning attitude and continuously works on self-development;
• Driving license B category.
