Requirements
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the brands visibility and performance by managing marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. The role involves continuous market monitoring, campaign execution, and collaboration with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with COSMO PHARMs strategic objectives.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 24 months of experience in Marketing, Healthcare, or Pharmacy sectors.
Education & Knowledge
- University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of English (C1/C2 level).
- Strong PC literacy and solid command of MS Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the market and competition to update or adjust marketing strategies.
- Conduct market analyses, competitor benchmarking, and new entry assessments.
- Implement customer loyalty policies through planned campaigns (online and offline), including recurring, ad-hoc, and special campaigns.
- Oversee Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Manage and track performance of digital marketing campaigns (Social Media posting, PPC campaigns Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Newsletters).
- Handle relationships with media partners and agencies, ensuring efficient management of online and offline campaigns.
- Communicate marketing plans effectively across all departments.
- Monitor requirements for marketing and packaging materials.
- Manage relationships with suppliers of marketing assets (flyers, posters, promotional materials, catalogs, branding/decoration, lightbox installations) and technical suppliers (labels, boxes, leaflets).
- Coordinate with online resellers: campaign implementation, performance reports, price adjustments, content updates, new product listings, and product photography.
- Maintain professional, long-term relationships with all business partners.
