We are seeking a Senior PPC Specialist in BRILU internal marketing agency to coordinate digital marketing activities and to help drive our digital presence, lead generation, and brand growth. We are looking for a highly experienced, campaign analytist, organized, and results-oriented Senior PPC Specialist to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- You will manage multiple clients accounts
- Plan, launch, and optimize all types of performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), LinkedIn Ads, and Tik Tok.
- Create and manage remarketing campaigns across channels to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Execute A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Scale campaigns based on data-driven insights.
2. Funnel Optimization & Automation
- You will manage multiple clients accounts
- Design and optimize funnels across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (email nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation).
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align funnels with business goals.
3. Tracking & Attribution
- You will manage multiple clients accounts
- Implement and maintain tracking systems
- Ensure accurate attribution of conversions across campaigns and channels.
- Produce clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and funnel efficiency.
4. Email Marketing & Remarketing
- Build and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurturing flows, abandoned cart, retention sequences).
- Manage remarketing campaigns across platforms to increase customer lifetime value.
- Use segmentation and automation to deliver personalized experiences and improve open and conversion rates.
5. Growth & Brand Awareness
- You will manage multiple clients accounts
- Contribute to multi-channel strategies combining PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Support event promotion, webinars, and partnerships through performance-driven campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with Brilu’s positioning.
6. Multi-Channel Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain multi-channel dashboards and reports integrating data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email, and CRM.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Present results to stakeholders in a clear, data-driven, and strategic manner.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage and scale paid media budgets.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel building.
- Solid knowledge of tracking systems and attribution models (GA4, pixels, UTMs, CRM/automation integrations).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- PR, influencer, or partnership marketing experience.
- Previous exposure to SaaS or AI-driven marketing solutions.
