YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce system;
- Data migration — data clean-up and backup, planning, project scheduling and milestones tracking, execution, testing, monitoring and control;
- User management (including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups), onboarding, and user support;
- Business logic automation — workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, custom tabs, auto-response rules, process builder, and approval processes;
- Platform configuration —custom objects, custom layouts and record types, custom apps, sharing rules;
- Object customization — customization of standard objects like Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity;
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders;
- Keeping an eye on the health of the databases: performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate cleansing;
- All the above will be performed in cooperation with the Salesforce Lead Administrator.
WE WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO SEE THAT YOU HAVE:
- Proven work experience as Salesforce Administrator or similar role (min 1. 5 yrs);
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities;
- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple departments, team, stakeholders;
- Analytical person, structured and detail oriented;
- Very good English and communication skills;
- Work ethics and time management skills.
