Sales Account Executive (English-Speaking)

About the Role
As part of Incantare Ltd, a fast-growing international company specializing in premium kitchen and bathroom products across Europe, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our customer base. Working from our new office in Bucharest, you’ll oversee the full sales cycle: identifying leads, engaging prospects, managing accounts, preparing offers, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
This is a hands-on commercial role that blends inside sales, account management, and consultative selling to drive strong revenue performance.
What you'll do:
- Find and contact potential B2B clients (distributors, retailers, designers, developers)
- Handle the full sales process: outreach → discovery calls → quotes → closing
- Manage existing accounts and grow them through upselling
- Work closely with our marketing and logistics teams
- Occasionally travel to trade shows or client meetings in Europe
What we're looking for:
- Fluent English (written + spoken) — this is non-negotiable
- 2+ years in sales, ideally B2B or commercial
- Comfortable with cold outreach and phone/video calls
- Organized, self-motivated, good at following up
- Other European languages are a plus
- Driving license + willingness to travel occasionally
