Job description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering best practices in data visualization, coding, testing, and documentation. (This role combines hands on development with team leadership)
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all data platforms
• Collaborate with analysts and other business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Set technical direction for dataviz projects which enable data driven insights balancing and complexity.
• Optimize performance and scalability of data systems to meet business growth.
• Drive automation and standardization in data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely and correct communication of business metrics
