Objective:
To leverage expertise in warehouse management, supply chain optimization, and team leadership to enhance cargo-partner’s operational efficiency, support e-commerce and FMCG growth, and drive client satisfaction.
Key Competencies:
1. End-to-End Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and smooth outbound logistics.
2. Inventory management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Monitor product rotation to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
3. Process improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
4. Customer-Centric Approach
- Ensure timely order processing and minimize errors to meet customer needs.
- Support clients by providing quick and reliable solutions for warehouse-related inquiries.
5. Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Provide guidance and support for employee development.
6. Compliance and Safety Standards
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with necessary warehouse and inventory standards.
Experience / Skill Highlights:
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics (3-5 years)
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or similar environment
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Relevant certifications (APICS CPIM Certification or similar etc)
- Fluent English
