Responsibilities:
- Verifying the correctness of the internal and external AP invoice postings, in compliance with the internal regulations
- Providing support to external SSC concerning postings of invoices or payments of those.
- Posting employee's expense reports after verifying their compliance with the company's internal policies.
- Monthly accruals, provisions and impairments posting.
- Management of fixed assets (capex recognizing, operations related to FA, FA registers maintenance and reconciliation with trial balance).
- Reconciliation of suppliers and customers balances at each year end and whenever needed.
- Preparing monthly necessary reports for group consolidation.
- Foreign VAT returns preparation.
- Interaction with external auditor for year-end closing
- Periodic visits to other plants in the group (in Europe)
- Ad-hoc reports for the Financial Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is a must (A master's degree in accounting will be considered a plus)
- Excellent Czech/Slovak language skills both in writing and speaking and English are a MUST!
- 4-5 years of previous experience in similar position
- Romanian Accounting Standards, taxation and IFRS knowledge mandatory
- SAP experience is a must
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint - advanced level.
- Proactive and hands-on attitude with a driver mentality.
- Deep understanding and commitment to process improvement.
