We are currently seeking Customer Service Representative with Spanish to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class service to our client base via chat, phone, and email.
- Present new product features, services and upgrades to clients based on their needs and interest;
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value;
- Share feedback on customer needs, challenges and trends to help improve products and customer service offerings;
- Stay up to date with latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or technology industry;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers;
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly;
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
- Positive, proactive, and customer-first mindset;
- Being a Trading or Financial Markets enthusiast would be an advantage;
- Advanced level of Spanish and medium level of English.
- Availability to work in the LATAM time zone (from 4 PM to 1 AM). Transportation will be provided at the end of the shift for your convenience.
