As Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and visibility across our retail and distribution channels. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful sell-out strategies, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations that strengthen brand preference and boost performance. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Key Account teams to ensure excellence in execution both in-store and online.
🔹 The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or shopper marketing – ideally in pharma, nutraceuticals, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of category management, shopper insights, and trade marketing tools.
- Experience managing promotional budgets and evaluating campaign ROI.
- Skilled at analyzing sales data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies in alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
- Build and execute channel activation plans, including promotions, POS materials, visibility campaigns, and digital activations.
- Analyze sell-out, stock, and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize investments.
- Lead category management and shopper activation projects, ensuring brand consistency and commercial relevance.
- Manage BTL agencies to ensure effective, efficient, and high-impact campaigns.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to design customer-tailored trade plans and joint business initiatives.
- Monitor and improve in-store excellence (visibility, placement, planograms) both offline and online.
- Evaluate all trade activities to ensure optimal ROI and continuous improvement.
- Develop trade communication tools (sell-in decks, guidelines, merchandising materials) to support the sales force.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable sales impact.
