WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has minimum 5 years of experience as Site Director, Production Director or Director of Operations, Senior Operations Manager
- Has a university degree – preferably in Logistics, Economics or Technical
- Has Intralogistics technology practical experience
- Has practical knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Has good communication and knowledge sharing skills
- Is well organized and proactive
- Has practical experience in costs and process optimization
- Has analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Has fluent English skills, both spoken and written
YOUR TASKS:
- 50 000 m2 Distribution Center launch from the greenfield (ultimately 100 000 m2)
- Site operational management (500 + employees and automation)
- Site production planning in line with the orders
- New solutions implementation within processes and logistics technology
- Capex and opex budget management
- Continuous improvement, quality and on time excellence
- Focus on the site performance and its efficiency
- Direct cooperation with the headquarters and other company’s entities
- Cooperation with international vendors and local authorities
