Job Development & Production Merchandizer @ Tefron Europe nou

Offer description: Managing the product development process from receipt of Customer request / Tech Pack until the transfer into production

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of all Customer manuals and standards, ongoing updates and changes and transferring them to relevant interfaces in the organization
• Manage and monitor the product development and costing process until handed over to production including:
• Handling all stages of product development from receipt of development package to its transfer to production
• Administrative management of tracking tables and critical path, product costing
• Responsible for monitoring the projects in the development stage, execution of product development samples, working with customers abroad and internal interfaces in Tefron
• Monitoring the development of the shade development in correlation with the Materials developer
• Continuous monitoring of the production process from start to finish, ensuring that products are manufactured according to standards, within the required timelines, and at the approved quality Ongoing communication with the Customer as well as the Customers PLM system
• Handling all stages of Sale Sample process (SMS)

Success factors:

• Meeting the development T&A schedule and handover to production including sale samples
• Production entry of the products on the defined and required dates with the approved quality.
