Kubis is looking for a mid-level Account Manager with a passion for digital, a sharp eye for detail, and the skills to keep projects running smoothly from brief to delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of web platforms.
- Coordinate and deliver digital campaigns across platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and manage influencer activations from selection to results tracking together with the Social Media Manager.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and development teams to ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in a digital agency or similar role.
- Solid understanding of web platform management (CMS, UX basics, content updates).
- Proven experience in social media campaign coordination and influencer management.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
