Ideal candidate
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) in marketing strategy, campaign management and team coordination
- Experience in working with online advertising platforms and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc)
- Strong knowledge in defining a consistent communication strategy
- Ability to define and sustain relevant KPIs for online marketing efforts
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing tactics
- Experience in working with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to offer feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Economics/Marketing/Communication/Social Sciences background is a plus
Job description
- Monitors overall performance and proposes the strategic marketing direction for the Tello brand
- Supervises brand presence and content
- Manages the advertising budget and the overall advertising strategy, by perfecting the mix of channels to meet the CPA and customer acquisition goals
- Manages the team and sets performance-driven goals for both the team and individual members
- Supervises Tello service promotions (makes estimates; proposes site changes; sets up tasks and follows up on implementation; gathers results and follows retention performance for each campaign)
- Supervises Tello device promotions (follows competition and compares device portfolio and pricing; proposes devices to Telecom and decides on pricing and monthly promotions with Telecom; sets tasks for promotional pricing)
- Supervises retention efforts and develops action plans together with the retention team to reduce the overall churn rates
