BOA RBT is looking for an Project Manager in Arad, Arad County, Romania.
BOA is an international corporate group, headquartered in Stutensee and one of the top players for engineering, manufacturing and distribution of flexible metal decoupling and damping components, pipe and hose systems as well as expansion joints and accumulators for Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Applications.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new member to join us.
Your tasks
We are looking for candidates able to fulfill the following major tasks:
- Coordination/Implementation for new automotive and industrial projects;
- Optimization of existing projects;
- Strong interface with German and global team;
- Project controlling;
- Identification of savings projects together with purchase team;
- Cost calculations;
- Work in group systems (SAP, EPDM, Babtec, etc.) ;
- Key account management together with German team.
Your qualification:
In order to be a successful candidate for this position, your competencies and experience should be:
- Engineering or commercial background
- Relevant work experience in project management
- Confident in verbal and written English, German is a great advantage
- Hands on mentality
- Very target-oriented mind set
- Self-driven and ambitious
- Familiar with automotive portals (VW, FORVIA, TENNECO etc) is a great advantage
- Intercultural mindset
- Proficiency in use of MS office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Availability to travel abroad for business trips
