For Manage Now we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our IAM program for a financial services client.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of IAM-related projects within defined timelines.
- Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business representatives, and service owners to drive project execution.
- Serve as the primary communication interface between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Uphold governance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Track and resolve issues promptly, escalating risks and delays with proposed solutions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with Omada IAM GUI.
- Familiarity with project and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including role-based access control and IT security project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management, ideally within IAM or security-related domains.
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional project teams.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as finance or insurance is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of engagement and a proactive attitude toward contributing to program success.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification.
- ITIL Foundation or higher.
- Additional governance or compliance-related certifications are a plus (e. g. , ISO 27001, CISA).
