For our Restaurant Software Implementation department, we are looking for a colleague who is fluent in French at an advanced level for the position of Junior Restaurant Software Implementation Consultant (cod COR 333907).
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Technical skills
- Category B driving license
- Advanced proficiency in the French language
- Networking or IT knowledge (preferably)
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Experience in the Food Service industry (preferably)
- Experience in management, procurement, and/or basic accounting (preferably)
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide business consulting in the restaurant industry
- Train clients in the use of our software solutions
- Travel outside the city or country, approximately 50% of the time
- Ensure the implementation of software solutions at client locations by organizing and coordinating the implementation project
- Organize and conduct training sessions for the installed software to client staff for proper usage
- Monitor the implementation of software solutions when part of a team
- Understand the client's workflow and provide business or operational solutions
- Post-installation/support assistance, dedicated consultation to clients to ensure optimal use and functioning of purchased solutions
- Ensure the transmission of technical documentation to all involved departments
- Adhere to internal quality standards
