About the Role
You'll develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, execute comprehensive test strategies, and ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Working with modern web stacks, APIs, and cloud environments, you'll contribute to building robust QA processes and collaborate closely with development teams.
General
- Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork
- Active participation in company initiatives (e. g. , tech lead, content creator, guild member, mentoring, interviewing)
Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of different types of testing, with a strong focus on UI testing and integration testing
- Advanced experience with Playwright (TypeScript) for end-to-end and UI automation testing
- Advanced knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of SQL databases and query writing
- Good understanding of TypeScript as a primary programming language
- Familiarity with Postman and JMeter or similar tools for API and performance testing
- Good understanding of Git version control systems
- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests within deployment workflows
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL database technologies such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or CosmosDB
