Ideal Candidate:
- Has a good B2B sales experience, preferably for industries (energy, automation, cabling, train or automotive would be a benefit.
- Is a good negotiator and communicator.
- Is experienced from working for international companies.
- Speaks fluent English, Romanian, Hungarian written and spoken. Polish would be an extra benefit.
- Understands the teamwork, reporting and planning.
- Has a proven track record in developing B2B sales with proven growth, results, KPI’s.
- Is energetic with positive attitude and loves being out meeting the customers every day.
- Has a university degree.
- Has used modern distant working solutions, worked with ERP, CRM systems.

Sales Activities
- Initiating and performing business meetings with potential customers
- Building customer accounts
- Key Account Management to large customers and managing the relationships with distributors
- Monitoring and analyzing daily sales activities
- Carry out trainings and seminars, promote product range at trade fairs and shows
- Administrative Activities
- Follow-up and reporting
- Weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Administrating and maintaining CRM-system
- Weekly delegations, 2-3 days
