Be available for daily physical presence in the office weekly, from Monday to Friday from 09: 00 am until 6: 00 pm.
Have great command of English both written and spoken (level B2/C1)
Easily manage the MS Office tools at a medium/intermediate expertise level (excel, Word, outlook, ppt)
Proven experience in office administration tasks (former experience in a similar role is required): courier services, office supplies stock management and orders, day-to-day office building administration communication and follow-up on various challenges that might arise within the office
Prove organizing skills and structured approach to various tasks that are directed from the internal stakeholders
Capacity to work and focus on details in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
Be pro-active and communicative, willing to go the extra mile when certain business conditions require (hosting high level management visits)
